Our training programs are designed to educate career professionals about the importance of proper conduct and communication in the workplace. Workshop participants will learn how to identify their own biases, how to recognize and avoid cultural faux pas, and how to handle potentially difficult conversations with coworkers, vendors, clients, etc. 

 

In these progressive, interactive training workshops, participants get the latest research and insights on managing racial bias and cultural competency in the workplace. They will also learn strategies for building and sustaining inclusive work environments.
